Adjust the tightness to suit you

Thread the straps through the loops in order. Adjust the tightness so that it provides a comfortable, pleasant pressure without restricting blood circulation. Check that both products are applying pressure to the correct point.

No. Restio is not an insole; it is an orthopedic support that applies mechanical pressure to specific muscle areas of the foot with its adjustable Velcro straps. Constant or excessive pressure is not necessary. If you want to increase the pressure, you can apply light, controlled pressure by placing your feet on the floor while sitting. However, do not walk while wearing the product due to the risk of falling, and avoid applying constant or excessive load to preserve the product’s lifespan.

Restio is mainly designed for moments of rest and inactivity. During activities that require active movement, such as housework, it is not recommended to keep the product on, both to preserve Restio’s lifespan and to prevent possible accidents.

The standard use of Restio is to wear the right and left pieces on both feet together. Even if your complaints are felt on only one side, you should follow the two-foot application described in the instructions for use.

Restio is normally worn on both feet together. In case of a cast, fracture or injury, please consult your doctor about using it on one foot.

Yes, you can. Using it with thin socks is especially suitable for sensitive skin. However, socks are not required; for normal skin, it can also be worn directly on clean, dry skin.

No. There is a single, unisex model. The product is worn on the feet and adapts to different foot shapes thanks to its adjustable straps.

There are 2 sizes: Size I and Size II. Please be sure to check the size chart before purchasing.

It should be gently hand-washed only, using lukewarm (not too hot) water and soap. Rinse thoroughly and leave to dry in the shade without wringing. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, do not use bleach and do not iron. Keep the Velcro fasteners closed during washing and storage to prevent them from sticking to other surfaces and becoming deformed.

It should be stored and carried with the Velcro fasteners closed, preferably in its own box or carrying case.
