In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related regulations, as Restimed, we have the obligation to inform you as a data controller. This text aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as a data subject.

Any personal data and transaction details you provide to the company, in compliance with the regulations, will be processed by the Company and its partners, business partners, successors, service providers, suppliers, and other third parties/organizations identified (including social media-online advertising network operators) for the purpose necessary, due to legal reasons stemming from the legislation, to provide you with products, services, and facilities, and for the promotion, advertisement, communication, promotion, sale, marketing, store card, credit card and user/member/customer transactions, as explicitly provided in the laws where personal data can be processed and transferred, in situations where your data has been made public by you, where processing of personal data belonging to the contracting parties is necessary in direct connection with the establishment or performance of any contract, in situations where it is mandatory to fulfill legal obligations, and in cases where data processing and transfer is compulsory for the establishment, use, or protection of rights and under the condition that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms, in situations where data processing and transfer is necessary for legitimate interests as a data controller/processor here and in laws, your various personal information such as name, surname, nickname, age/date of birth, gender, living area, address and delivery address, mobile/home/work phone numbers, email addresses, with any automatic/non-automatic methods (from the information you provided verbally/in writing to the Company and the mentioned organizations, from your visits and content reviews of stores and/or the physical-virtual environments where they are located, including mobile applications and websites, from your membership and transaction information on social media and advertising network operators' sites, from (physical and virtual/digital) member/user/customer transactions regarding the Company and above-mentioned establishments, your payment-collection-delivery-complaint-campaign-survey processes and their legal financial documents and other documents-records, and also from written, verbal, visual and technical data obtained/formed from the use of the internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications in various environments and places) are obtained. These data, without exceeding the maximum legal duration and according to the nature of the information, will be processed for the period predicted in accordance with the processing purpose, will be recorded, stored, made available, used, updated when necessary, transferred within the country and abroad among the aforementioned persons/organizations.

We inform you that you have the rights to know the collection method and legal reason for your personal data, for what purpose and methods it is processed, to whom it can be transferred for what purposes, whether personal data is processed or not, if it is processed, to request related information, whether it is used appropriately for its purpose, whether it is transferred domestically and abroad, to learn third parties, to request information on all these matters, to request correction if they are incomplete or wrong, to request the deletion or destruction and to notify third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in accordance with legal conditions and procedures, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data through automatic systems, and to claim compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, and you can apply to the data controller mentioned below of the Company under the conditions stipulated by the legislation, and in accordance with the relevant legislation, appropriate transactions will be made and responded to you in writing or electronically in compliance with the legislation.
