How can I cancel my order?

You can contact our support team before your order is shipped to request a cancellation. For orders that have already been shipped, the return process will be applied.

What is the return period?

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received the product.

What are the return conditions?

The product to be returned must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The purchase receipt is also required to be presented along with the product.

How can I create a return request?

To initiate the return process, you can contact our support team at [email protected] or by phone at +90 507 578 06 33. Return approval and shipping details will be provided to you separately. Products sent without creating a return request may not be accepted.

Can I exchange the product?

If you want to get a different size or product, you can create a return request for the current product. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.

When will the refund be credited to my account?

After the returned product is examined, the outcome of your request will be communicated to you. Approved refunds will be transferred to the payment method you used within 10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

I received a faulty or defective product, what should I do?

Contact our support team without using the product and keeping its packaging intact. After the necessary review, you will be informed about the return or exchange process.

Important note: The current Refund Policy on the site states that the approved payment will be refunded within 10 business days, while the Distance Sales Agreement says 30 days. Additionally, the company information and return address fields in the agreement are still left as a template.
